Phoenix Boujie Bar
The “Phoenix Boujie Bar” is a 12-foot-long lighted horse trailer, fully converted and ready to roll with coolers, freezers, blenders for frozen drinks, and even a snow cone maker! We serve novelty ice cream, açaí bowls, and virgin drinks like daiquiris, piña coladas, smoothies, frappes — you name it, we can blend it! The trailer also includes a flat cooktop, making it perfect for hot food too: breakfast sandwiches, wraps, burgers, grilled cheese, quesadillas, and even lobster rolls.
Phoenix on the Fly
“Phoenix on the Fly” is the larger of our two custom trailers, and it brings the heat — literally. With fryers onboard, this trailer can serve up crispy, golden favorites along with most of the options available in the Boujie Bar. Think fries, fried apps, and more, alongside burgers, seafood, and wraps.

Owner and operator of The Little Phoenix Restaurant at 4128 Acushnet Avenue in New Bedford, MA, Sarah Simmons has been serving the community with heart and hometown flavor for over 25 years.
Now, she’s taking that same beloved spirit on the road with two exciting new food trailers — both set to appear at festivals and events across the region this summer.
